Al-Anfal
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَمۡ يَكُ مُغَيِّرٗا نِّعۡمَةً أَنۡعَمَهَا عَلَىٰ قَوۡمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ
53(Rule of Allah is that) Allah does not remove His Favour bestowed upon a nation until the people of that nation change their deeds (i.e. commit sins). And, indeed, Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.
