Al-Araf
وَلَقَدۡ جِئۡنَٰهُم بِكِتَٰبٖ فَصَّلۡنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ عِلۡمٍ هُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ لِّقَوۡمٖ يُؤۡمِنُونَ
52And certainly, We have sent down a Book (the Quran) to them which We have explained in detail with Our perfect Knowledge and it is a guidance and a mercy for the people who believe. (Also Surah Al-Isra:15)
