About the Surah

       So if he has divorced her (third time), then she is not lawful for him until she has married another husband. So if the new husband divorces her, it is no sin for both of them that they come together again if they feel that they are able to observe limits set by Allah. These are the limits of Allah which He makes clear for the people who have knowledge.
