Al-Maidah
وَكَيۡفَ يُحَكِّمُونَكَ وَعِندَهُمُ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةُ فِيهَا حُكۡمُ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّوۡنَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَۚ وَمَآ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
43And (it is so surprising that) they make you their judge while they have Taurat which contains the commands of Allah, then after that, they turn away (from the decision). In fact, they are not (really) believers.
