Al-Qalam
وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٖ
4And, indeed, you [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] have exquisite manners and marvellous character.
4The reason for descending the verse
The Mother,‘A’isha, narrated, “No one had a better character than the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w). Never did anyone among his Companions, or household, call him except that he said, ‘I am at your service!’ this is why Allah, revealed this verse.”(Al-Wahidi,Reasons of Revelation and As-Suyuti in Lubab)
