An-Naml
وَيَوۡمَ يُنفَخُ فِي ٱلصُّورِ فَفَزِعَ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّا مَن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ وَكُلٌّ أَتَوۡهُ دَٰخِرِينَ
87And (remember) the Day when the (first) Trumpet will be blown – and all those who are in the heavens and all those who are on the earth will be terrified except those whom Allah wills (i.e. some angels as in Surah Az-Zumar:68 and also in a Hadith – Ad-dur-al-Manthur ). And all shall come to Him, very humble and submissive.
