Ar-Rahman
يَسَۡٔلُهُۥ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ كُلَّ يَوۡمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأۡنٖ
29Whosoever is in the heavens and on the earth begs Him for his needs. (Even the residents of heaven need His Mercy). Every day (i.e. all the time) He is engaged in some affairs (e.g. giving life or death to others, giving provision or children and honour or disgrace etc).
