As-Sajdah
يُدَبِّرُ ٱلۡأَمۡرَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ثُمَّ يَعۡرُجُ إِلَيۡهِ فِي يَوۡمٖ كَانَ مِقۡدَارُهُۥٓ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٖ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ
5He plans and manages all the affairs from the heaven to the earth, then (each affair) goes back to Allah, in one Day, which, according to your counting, is equivalent to one thousand years.
