At-Taubah
كَيۡفَ وَإِن يَظۡهَرُواْ عَلَيۡكُمۡ لَا يَرۡقُبُواْ فِيكُمۡ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ يُرۡضُونَكُم بِأَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَتَأۡبَىٰ قُلُوبُهُمۡ وَأَكۡثَرُهُمۡ فَٰسِقُونَ
8(It is again about first group). How can there be any agreement with them, in case they overpower you, they have absolutely no regard for kinship or any agreement made? They want to please you with lip service but their hearts do not accept (what they utter), and most of them are the evil-doers.
