Az-Zumar
ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَمِعُونَ ٱلۡقَوۡلَ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ أَحۡسَنَهُۥٓۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ هَدَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمۡ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ
18Those who listen attentively to His Word (i.e. Allah’s Advice), and follow the best from it (i.e. they follow the Quran and the Sunnah since these are the best teachings – Tafsir Ibn Kathir), those are the ones whom Allah has guided and those are the people of understanding.
