Qaf
وَلَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ وَنَعۡلَمُ مَا تُوَسۡوِسُ بِهِۦ نَفۡسُهُۥۖ وَنَحۡنُ أَقۡرَبُ إِلَيۡهِ مِنۡ حَبۡلِ ٱلۡوَرِيدِ
16And, indeed, We have created man (which is a proof of Our Power), and We even know what ideas come to his mind. (Hence, knowing his actions performed by his hand, feet, tongue etc are much more easy). We are, in fact, more close to man (by Our Knowledge) than his jugular vein.
