Qaf
بَلۡ كَذَّبُواْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَهُمۡ فَهُمۡ فِيٓ أَمۡرٖ مَّرِيجٍ
5In fact, they had denied the truth (the Quran) when it had reached them. So they are in a confused state of mind (sometimes wonder, sometimes deny and cannot differentiate between truth and falsehood).
