Ta-Ha

وَلَوۡلَا كَلِمَةٞ سَبَقَتۡ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَكَانَ لِزَامٗا وَأَجَلٞ مُّسَمّٗى

       Had your Creator not decided this in advance (to delay the punishment due to some wisdom) and had fixed a time for it, the torment would have definitely struck them by now (in this world).
