Al-Fath
لَّيۡسَ عَلَى ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ حَرَجٞ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَعۡرَجِ حَرَجٞ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلۡمَرِيضِ حَرَجٞۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ يُدۡخِلۡهُ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۖ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ يُعَذِّبۡهُ عَذَابًا أَلِيمٗا
17There is no blame upon a blind person, nor upon a lame person, nor upon a sick person (for not participating in the battle). And whosoever obeys Allah and His messenger [Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) ], Allah will admit him in Gardens beneath which rivers flow (i.e. Paradise) and whosoever turns back, He will punish him with a painful torment.
