Ya-Sin
ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلشَّجَرِ ٱلۡأَخۡضَرِ نَارٗا فَإِذَآ أَنتُم مِّنۡهُ تُوقِدُونَ
80He Who created fire for you from the green tree, so you suddenly kindle with it.
80The reason for descending the verse
The commentators of the Qur’an said, “Ubayy ibn Khalaf went to the Prophet (s.a.w) with a decayed bone and said to him, ‘O Muhammad, do you think that Allah will bring back to life this decayed bone?’ He said, ‘Yes, He will, and He will also resurrect you and cast you in hellfire’. Allah then revealed these verses.” (Al-Wahidi,Reasons of Revelation)
