إِنَّمَا سُلۡطَٰنُهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَوَلَّوۡنَهُۥ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِهِۦ مُشۡرِكُونَ 100

100        Indeed, Satan has power over those who befriend him and those who make him a partner with Allah.

وَإِذَا بَدَّلۡنَآ ءَايَةٗ مَّكَانَ ءَايَةٖ وَٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يُنَزِّلُ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مُفۡتَرِۢۚ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ 101

101        And when We substitute a Verse (of the Quran) in place of another, and Allah knows the best (the wisdom behind) what He sent (first time or second time), the disbelievers say: “You [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] are a forger.” In fact, most of them do not know.

قُلۡ نَزَّلَهُۥ رُوحُ ٱلۡقُدُسِ مِن رَّبِّكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِيُثَبِّتَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَهُدٗى وَبُشۡرَىٰ لِلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ 102

102        [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] Say: “The Holy Spirit (Ruhul-Quds i.e. Jibrael ( peace be upon him ) ] has brought the Quran down from your Creator with truth so that it strengthens (the faith of) the believers and it has a guidance and glad tidings for the Muslims”. (Also Surah Ash-Shuara:193,194)

وَلَقَدۡ نَعۡلَمُ أَنَّهُمۡ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّمَا يُعَلِّمُهُۥ بَشَرٞۗ لِّسَانُ ٱلَّذِي يُلۡحِدُونَ إِلَيۡهِ أَعۡجَمِيّٞ وَهَٰذَا لِسَانٌ عَرَبِيّٞ مُّبِينٌ 103

103        And, indeed, We know that the disbelievers say: “It is only a human being who teaches (the Quran) to him [Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)], the language of that man they refer to is not Arabic, while this Quran is in clear (eloquent) Arabic language.”

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِ‍َٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ لَا يَهۡدِيهِمُ ٱللَّهُ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ 104

104        Indeed, those who don’t believe in the revelations of Allah, Allah will not guide them and they will have a painful torment.

إِنَّمَا يَفۡتَرِي ٱلۡكَذِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِ‍َٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡكَٰذِبُونَ 105

105        It is they who fabricate false-hood and they don’t believe in the revelations of Allah, and it is they who are liars.

مَن كَفَرَ بِٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ إِيمَٰنِهِۦٓ إِلَّا مَنۡ أُكۡرِهَ وَقَلۡبُهُۥ مُطۡمَئِنُّۢ بِٱلۡإِيمَٰنِ وَلَٰكِن مَّن شَرَحَ بِٱلۡكُفۡرِ صَدۡرٗا فَعَلَيۡهِمۡ غَضَبٞ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٞ 106

106        Whoever disbelieved in Allah after his belief, except who is forced into it but his heart is fully satisfied with Faith (the warning of reversion to disbelief does not apply to this person). However those who disbelieve whole heartedly, on them is the wrath of Allah, and there will be a great torment for them.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ ٱسۡتَحَبُّواْ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا عَلَى ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ 107

107        That is because they prefer the life of this world to that of the Hereafter. And, indeed, Allah does not guide the disbelievers.

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَسَمۡعِهِمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰفِلُونَ 108

108        Allah has sealed their hearts, ears, and eyes and they are heedless! (i.e. ignorant about the result of it).

لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ 109

109        No doubt, they will be the losers in the Hereafter.

ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ هَاجَرُواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا فُتِنُواْ ثُمَّ جَٰهَدُواْ وَصَبَرُوٓاْ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهَا لَغَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ 110

110        (Those who believed sincerely) and emigrated after they had been put into trial and thereafter did Jihad and were steadfast (in their Faith), indeed, your Creator is Very-Forgiving, Most Merciful to them after these activities.

۞يَوۡمَ تَأۡتِي كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ تُجَٰدِلُ عَن نَّفۡسِهَا وَتُوَفَّىٰ كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ مَّا عَمِلَتۡ وَهُمۡ لَا يُظۡلَمُونَ 111

111        On that Day every person will come pleading for himself only and every person will be rewarded in accordance with what he did and they will not be dealt with unjustly.

وَضَرَبَ ٱللَّهُ مَثَلٗا قَرۡيَةٗ كَانَتۡ ءَامِنَةٗ مُّطۡمَئِنَّةٗ يَأۡتِيهَا رِزۡقُهَا رَغَدٗا مِّن كُلِّ مَكَانٖ فَكَفَرَتۡ بِأَنۡعُمِ ٱللَّهِ فَأَذَٰقَهَا ٱللَّهُ لِبَاسَ ٱلۡجُوعِ وَٱلۡخَوۡفِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصۡنَعُونَ 112

112        And, Allah gives the example of a town (Makkah) which enjoyed total peace and security and its provision came to it in abundance from every place yet, they denied the Favours of Allah. Hence, Allah made it taste famine and fear because of the (evil) they used to do.

وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ وَهُمۡ ظَٰلِمُونَ 113

113        And, indeed, a messenger [Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)] came to them from among themselves. But they denied him. Hence, the torment seized them and they were the wrong-doers.

فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ حَلَٰلٗا طَيِّبٗا وَٱشۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمۡ إِيَّاهُ تَعۡبُدُونَ 114

114        So eat what Allah has made lawful and good food for you. And be grateful for the Favour of Allah, if you truly worship Him.

إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡمَيۡتَةَ وَٱلدَّمَ وَلَحۡمَ ٱلۡخِنزِيرِ وَمَآ أُهِلَّ لِغَيۡرِ ٱللَّهِ بِهِۦۖ فَمَنِ ٱضۡطُرَّ غَيۡرَ بَاغٖ وَلَا عَادٖ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ 115

115        Indeed, He has forbidden you only meat of a dead animal, blood, the flesh of swine and any animal which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allah. But if one is forced by necessity without intentional disobedience or transgression, then Allah is Very-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

وَلَا تَقُولُواْ لِمَا تَصِفُ أَلۡسِنَتُكُمُ ٱلۡكَذِبَ هَٰذَا حَلَٰلٞ وَهَٰذَا حَرَامٞ لِّتَفۡتَرُواْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡكَذِبَۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَفۡتَرُونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡكَذِبَ لَا يُفۡلِحُونَ 116

116        Don’t label things lawful and unlawful falsely with your tongues to invent lies against Allah. Indeed, those who invent lies against Allah will never be successful.

مَتَٰعٞ قَلِيلٞ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ 117

117        They will enjoy very briefly (in this world), but they will have a painful torment (in the Hereafter).

وَعَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ حَرَّمۡنَا مَا قَصَصۡنَا عَلَيۡكَ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَمَا ظَلَمۡنَٰهُمۡ وَلَٰكِن كَانُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ يَظۡلِمُونَ 118

118        [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!], We have already described to you the things which We made unlawful for the Jews (see Verse Al-An'am - 146). And We did not wrong them but they used to wrong themselves.

ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ عَمِلُواْ ٱلسُّوٓءَ بِجَهَٰلَةٖ ثُمَّ تَابُواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصۡلَحُوٓاْ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهَا لَغَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٌ 119

119        Those who commit sins in ignorance and afterwards repent and reform themselves (by good deeds), then, indeed, your Creator, is Very-Forgiving, Most Merciful to such persons.
