Order in Al-Mushaf : 52
Ayah number : 6
وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ ٱلۡمَسۡجُورِ 6
6 And by the sea which will burst into fire (on the Day of Resur-rection). (Also see Surah At-Takwir:6)
Ayah number : 7
إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٞ 7
7 Indeed, the torment of your Creator will occur.
Ayah number : 8
مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٖ 8
8 There is none who can avert it.
Ayah number : 9
يَوۡمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوۡرٗا 9
9 On that Day the sky will trem-ble with great intensity.
Ayah number : 10
وَتَسِيرُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ سَيۡرٗا 10
10 And the mountains will be moving around freely.
Ayah number : 11
فَوَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ 11
11 So on that Day the destruction will be for those who denied the truth.
Ayah number : 12
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ فِي خَوۡضٖ يَلۡعَبُونَ 12
12 (Along with denial) who are merry making with falsehood. (Hence, they deserve the punish-ment).
Ayah number : 13
يَوۡمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا 13
13 On that Day they will be dragged into Fire with disgraceful pushing (and kicking).
Ayah number : 14
هَٰذِهِ ٱلنَّارُ ٱلَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ 14
14 This is the Fire which you used to deny.
Ayah number : 15
أَفَسِحۡرٌ هَٰذَآ أَمۡ أَنتُمۡ لَا تُبۡصِرُونَ 15
15 (In their denial they used to call these Verses magic). Is this Hell-Fire magic, or do you still not see it? (It is to make fun of the disbelievers).
Ayah number : 16
ٱصۡلَوۡهَا فَٱصۡبِرُوٓاْ أَوۡ لَا تَصۡبِرُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ إِنَّمَا تُجۡزَوۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ 16
16 Enter this Fire (and taste its effects). So whether you are patient or not, it is the same for you. Indeed, you are being punished for what you used to do.
Ayah number : 17
إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّٰتٖ وَنَعِيمٖ 17
17 Indeed, the pious persons will be in Gardens (Paradise) and Delight.
Ayah number : 18
فَٰكِهِينَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ وَوَقَىٰهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ 18
18 They will be jubilant with that which their Creator has granted them and their Creator saved them from the torment of blazing Fire.
Ayah number : 19
كُلُواْ وَٱشۡرَبُواْ هَنِيَٓٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ 19
19 (It will be said to them) “Eat and drink cheerfully because of (the good) deeds you used to do.” (Hence, good deeds are a must in addition to proper Faith to receive Allah’s Mercy.)
Ayah number : 20
مُتَّكِِٔينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرٖ مَّصۡفُوفَةٖۖ وَزَوَّجۡنَٰهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٖ 20
20 They will recline (with ease) on couches arranged in rows. And We shall marry them to beautiful ladies with lovely wide eyes.
Ayah number : 21
وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱتَّبَعَتۡهُمۡ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَٰنٍ أَلۡحَقۡنَا بِهِمۡ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمۡ وَمَآ أَلَتۡنَٰهُم مِّنۡ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَيۡءٖۚ كُلُّ ٱمۡرِيِٕۢ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينٞ 21
21 And those who believe and their children follow them with Faith (but their children did not reach higher level of Paradise where their parents reside), We shall join these children with their parents (out of our Mercy) without decreasing the reward of their parents even a bit. (However, if their children are disbelievers, they shall not join their parents, since) every person’s fate depends upon his deeds (as you sow, so shall you reap). (Also see Surah Al-Muddaththir:38 and 39)
Ayah number : 22
وَأَمۡدَدۡنَٰهُم بِفَٰكِهَةٖ وَلَحۡمٖ مِّمَّا يَشۡتَهُونَ 22
22 And We shall provide them (the believers) with fruit in abundance and their favourite meat.
Ayah number : 23
يَتَنَٰزَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأۡسٗا لَّا لَغۡوٞ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأۡثِيمٞ 23
23 There they shall pass around a (wine) cup hand to hand without engaging in vain or sinful talk.
Ayah number : 24
۞وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ غِلۡمَانٞ لَّهُمۡ كَأَنَّهُمۡ لُؤۡلُؤٞ مَّكۡنُونٞ 24
24 And they will have boy-servants to serve them (the servants will be very clean) and they will look like preserved pearls.
Ayah number : 25
وَأَقۡبَلَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضٖ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ 25
25 (For spiritual pleasure), they will have mutual conversation (and questioning) facing each other.
