Order in Al-Mushaf : 32
Ayah number : 18
18 (Now when you know the end of both groups) Is then he who is a believer like a disbeliever? They are not equal at all.
Ayah number : 19
19 Those who believe and do good deeds, they will have Paradise as an initial welcome for what they used to do.
Ayah number : 20
20 And those who disbelieve, they will have the Fire as their residence. Every time they try to get away from it, they will be pushed back into it, and it will be said to them: “Taste the torment of the Fire which you used to deny.”
Ayah number : 21
21 And We will make them taste smaller and nearer torment (i.e. calamities of worldly life) before making them taste the big torment (in the Hereafter) so that they (may repent) and return (to belief).
Ayah number : 22
22 And who is more unjust than he who is reminded by the revelations of his Creator, even then he turns away from them? Surely, We shall, take revenge from the criminals.
Ayah number : 23
23 And, indeed, We gave Musa ( peace be upon him ) the Scripture [and he experi-enced hardships in its propagation, similarly, O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)! you are being given the Scripture and you will experience difficulties in its propagation]. Hence, don’t be in doubt of meeting Musa ( peace be upon him ) (in Miraaj). And We made Taurat as a guidance for the Children of Israel.
Ayah number : 24
24 And when they were patient, We made from them leaders who used to give guidance with Our Command and they used to firmly believe in Our revelations. (In this Verse the importance of patience is described).
Ayah number : 25
25 Indeed, your Creator will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection, regarding the matters in which they used to differ.
Ayah number : 26
26 Is it not a guidance for them, how many communities have We destroyed before them in whose dwelling they roam around? Indeed, there are (big) signs in it. Don’t they listen?
Ayah number : 27
27 Don’t they see how We drive the water (by rain or by canals) to the barren land and make crops grow, which they and their cattle eat? Don’t they observe it (all the time)? (This is the proof of resurrection).
Ayah number : 28
28 (But when resurrection is mentioned) They (jokingly) say: “When will be this Day of Decision happen, if you are truthful?”
Ayah number : 29
29 Say: “The belief of the disbelievers will not benefit them on the Day of De-cision nor will their punishment be postponed.”
Ayah number : 30
30 [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] So turn away from them, and wait (for the appointed time of the Hereafter) while they are waiting (for harming you). (Also see Surah Al-Anam:106)
Order in Al-Mushaf : 33
Ayah number : 1
1 O Prophet [Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)]! Fear Allah (and don’t fear any-body else nor worry about their threats). And don’t obey the disbelievers (who oppose you openly) and the hypocrites (who secretly support the disbelievers). (Obey Allah Only). Indeed, Allah is the All-Knower, the All-Wise.
Ayah number : 2
2 (Obeying Allah means) Follow what is revealed to you from your Creator. Verily, Allah is Well Acquainted with what you do.
Ayah number : 3
3 And put your complete trust in Allah (against their threats) and Allah is Suf-ficient as a Disposer of Affairs.
Ayah number : 4
4 Allah has not made two hearts for any man inside his body. And your wives do not become your mothers when you say to your wives: “You are like my mother’s back.” And your adopted sons are not your real sons. That is only what you utter from your mouth (which is not the truth). But Allah speaks the truth, and He guides you to the Right Path.
Ayah number : 5
5 Call them (adopted sons) by the names of their fathers. That is more just with Allah. But if you don’t know their fathers’ name, then they are your broth-ers in faith and your friends. And there is no sin for you regarding this if you happen to make a mistake. However, if you do it intentionally, it will be a sin. (Hence, ask for Allah’s forgiveness, since) Allah is Very-Forgiving, Most Merci-ful.
Ayah number : 6
6 The Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) has more rights on believers than believers have for their own selves (since their own selves lead them to good as well as bad but the Prophet(may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) guides them to goodness only), and the Prophet’s wives are mothers154 of the believers. In fact, the blood relatives have more mutual right, in the Book of Allah, than the other believers and emigrants (from Makkah), except if you intend to show kindness to your friends (by making a will for them upto one third of your wealth). This command is written in Allah’s Book (i.e. Al-Lawh Al-Mahfuz).
Ayah number : 7
7 And (remember) when We took from the Prophets their covenant, and from you [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!], and from Nuh ( peace be upon him ) , Ibrahim ( peace be upon him ) , Musa ( peace be upon him ) and Isa ( peace be upon him ) the son of Maryam. And We took from them a firm covenant. [Notice that Prophet Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) is the last Prophet but his name is mentioned first of all, showing his high status among the Prophets].
