Order in Al-Mushaf : 37
Ayah number : 33
فَإِنَّهُمۡ يَوۡمَئِذٖ فِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ مُشۡتَرِكُونَ 33
33 Hence, indeed, that Day they will all share in the torment.
Ayah number : 34
إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَفۡعَلُ بِٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ 34
34 Indeed, thus We treat the criminals.
Ayah number : 35
إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوٓاْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ 35
35 Indeed, when it was said to them: “None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,” they displayed arrogance.
Ayah number : 36
وَيَقُولُونَ أَئِنَّا لَتَارِكُوٓاْ ءَالِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرٖ مَّجۡنُونِۢ 36
36 And (they) said: “Should we abandon our gods for the sake of a mad poet?”
Ayah number : 37
بَلۡ جَآءَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَصَدَّقَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ 37
37 In fact, he [Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)] has come with the truth and he confirms all the messengers.
Ayah number : 38
إِنَّكُمۡ لَذَآئِقُواْ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡأَلِيمِ 38
38 Indeed, you (idolaters) are going to taste a painful torment.
Ayah number : 39
وَمَا تُجۡزَوۡنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ 39
39 And you will be rewarded exactly for what you used to do
Ayah number : 40
إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ 40
40 Except the chosen slaves of Allah (i.e. true believers).
Ayah number : 41
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ رِزۡقٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ 41
41 For them there will be a known provision (in Paradise),
Ayah number : 42
فَوَٰكِهُ وَهُم مُّكۡرَمُونَ 42
42 (All kinds of) fruits, and they shall be honoured,
Ayah number : 43
فِي جَنَّٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ 43
43 In the Gardens of Delight (Paradise),
Ayah number : 44
عَلَىٰ سُرُرٖ مُّتَقَٰبِلِينَ 44
44 Facing one another on couches.
Ayah number : 45
يُطَافُ عَلَيۡهِم بِكَأۡسٖ مِّن مَّعِينِۢ 45
45 A cup of pure wine will be passed around continuously.
Ayah number : 46
بَيۡضَآءَ لَذَّةٖ لِّلشَّٰرِبِينَ 46
46 White, delicious for the drink-ers,
Ayah number : 47
لَا فِيهَا غَوۡلٞ وَلَا هُمۡ عَنۡهَا يُنزَفُونَ 47
47 Neither will they have head-ache, nor will they get drunk (by this wine).
Ayah number : 48
وَعِندَهُمۡ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرۡفِ عِينٞ 48
48 And they will have females (wives), of restraining gaze with big lovely eyes.
Ayah number : 49
كَأَنَّهُنَّ بَيۡضٞ مَّكۡنُونٞ 49
49 (Delicate and pure) as if they were (hidden) eggs.
Ayah number : 50
فَأَقۡبَلَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضٖ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ 50
50 Then (the people of Paradise) will mutually question one another while facing each other.
Ayah number : 51
قَالَ قَآئِلٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ إِنِّي كَانَ لِي قَرِينٞ 51
51 One of them will say: “Indeed. I had a companion (in the world),
Ayah number : 52
يَقُولُ أَءِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُصَدِّقِينَ 52
52 Who used to say: “Are you among those who believe (in Resurrection after death)?
