Order in Al-Mushaf : 36
Ayah number : 76
فَلَا يَحۡزُنكَ قَوۡلُهُمۡۘ إِنَّا نَعۡلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعۡلِنُونَ 76
76 So let not their comments grieve you [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!]. Indeed, We know what they hide and what they reveal.
Ayah number : 77
أَوَلَمۡ يَرَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ أَنَّا خَلَقۡنَٰهُ مِن نُّطۡفَةٖ فَإِذَا هُوَ خَصِيمٞ مُّبِينٞ 77
77 Doesn’t man see that We have created him from semen drops, yet he disputes openly and boldly?
Ayah number : 78
وَضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلٗا وَنَسِيَ خَلۡقَهُۥۖ قَالَ مَن يُحۡيِ ٱلۡعِظَٰمَ وَهِيَ رَمِيمٞ 78
78 And he gives examples for Us and forgets his own (humble) creation. He says: “Who will give life to those bones when they are decomposed?”
Ayah number : 79
قُلۡ يُحۡيِيهَا ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَهَآ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلۡقٍ عَلِيمٌ 79
79 [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] Say: “He Who gave life to them the first time, will give life to them again. And He is All-Knower of every creation.”
Ayah number : 80
ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلشَّجَرِ ٱلۡأَخۡضَرِ نَارٗا فَإِذَآ أَنتُم مِّنۡهُ تُوقِدُونَ 80
80 He Who created fire for you from the green tree, so you suddenly kindle with it.
Ayah number : 81
أَوَلَيۡسَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِقَٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَخۡلُقَ مِثۡلَهُمۚ بَلَىٰ وَهُوَ ٱلۡخَلَّٰقُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ 81
81 Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth, Able to create similar (human beings) again? Yes, indeed, He is the All-Knowing Creator. (Also see Surah Ghafir:57)
Ayah number : 82
إِنَّمَآ أَمۡرُهُۥٓ إِذَآ أَرَادَ شَيًۡٔا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ 82
82 Indeed, when He intends to do something, He simply gives Com-mand: “Be.” And it is there right away. (Why cannot so Powerful Allah recreate similar man again?)
Ayah number : 83
فَسُبۡحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِۦ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ 83
83 So glorified is He in Whose Hand is the Sovereignty of every-thing and to Him you shall be returned.
Order in Al-Mushaf : 37
Ayah number : 1
وَٱلصَّٰٓفَّٰتِ صَفّٗا 1
1 By those (angels) which stand in rows (to worship Allah or to listen to His Commands).
Ayah number : 2
فَٱلزَّٰجِرَٰتِ زَجۡرٗا 2
2 By those (angels) who repel (Satan to overhear the news in the heavens).
Ayah number : 3
فَٱلتَّٰلِيَٰتِ ذِكۡرًا 3
3 By those angels who engage in the remembrance of Allah (or who bring revelation from Allah to mankind) – Tafsir Ibn Kathir.
Ayah number : 4
إِنَّ إِلَٰهَكُمۡ لَوَٰحِدٞ 4
4 Indeed, your God is One (i.e. Allah).
Ayah number : 5
رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ ٱلۡمَشَٰرِقِ 5
5 The Creator of the heavens and of the earth, and all that is between them, and the Creator of every point the rising of the sun.
Ayah number : 6
إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا بِزِينَةٍ ٱلۡكَوَاكِبِ 6
6 Indeed, We have decorated the lowest sky with stars.
Ayah number : 7
وَحِفۡظٗا مِّن كُلِّ شَيۡطَٰنٖ مَّارِدٖ 7
7 And guarded it against every rebellious Satan.
Ayah number : 8
لَّا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى ٱلۡمَلَإِ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ وَيُقۡذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٖ 8
8 They cannot listen (to the speech of the angels) high in heavens and they are attacked from every direction,
Ayah number : 9
دُحُورٗاۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ وَاصِبٌ 9
9 To drive them away. And there is a lasting torment for them.
Ayah number : 10
إِلَّا مَنۡ خَطِفَ ٱلۡخَطۡفَةَ فَأَتۡبَعَهُۥ شِهَابٞ ثَاقِبٞ 10
10 Except one who snatches away some speech, so he is pursued by bright flaming fire.
Ayah number : 11
فَٱسۡتَفۡتِهِمۡ أَهُمۡ أَشَدُّ خَلۡقًا أَم مَّنۡ خَلَقۡنَآۚ إِنَّا خَلَقۡنَٰهُم مِّن طِينٖ لَّازِبِۢ 11
11 [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] Hence ask them (the disbelievers): “Are they more difficult to be created or those other things which We have created (e.g. earth, heavens and angels)?” Indeed, We created them from sticky clay.
Ayah number : 12
بَلۡ عَجِبۡتَ وَيَسۡخَرُونَ 12
12 In fact, you are surprised (by their denial of the Hereafter) while they are making fun (of you, the Quran and the concept of the Hereafter).
