Order in Al-Mushaf : 80
Ayah number : 23
كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقۡضِ مَآ أَمَرَهُۥ 23
23 Not at all (i.e. the matter is not as the disbeliever think). Man has not obeyed the Commands of Allah till now.
Ayah number : 24
فَلۡيَنظُرِ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ إِلَىٰ طَعَامِهِۦٓ 24
24 So man should look at his meals (i.e. how Allah created the meals which is a must for his survival and how he created means of livelihood with it).
Ayah number : 25
أَنَّا صَبَبۡنَا ٱلۡمَآءَ صَبّٗا 25
25 We sent down plenty of rain water (in an extraordinary way).
Ayah number : 26
ثُمَّ شَقَقۡنَا ٱلۡأَرۡضَ شَقّٗا 26
26 Then We split the (crust of) the earth (in a fantastic way).
Ayah number : 27
فَأَنۢبَتۡنَا فِيهَا حَبّٗا 27
27 So We caused the grain to grow there.
Ayah number : 28
وَعِنَبٗا وَقَضۡبٗا 28
28 Grapes and vegetables.
Ayah number : 29
وَزَيۡتُونٗا وَنَخۡلٗا 29
29 And olives and palm trees
Ayah number : 30
وَحَدَآئِقَ غُلۡبٗا 30
30 And dense gardens.
Ayah number : 31
وَفَٰكِهَةٗ وَأَبّٗا 31
31 And fruits and fodder.
Ayah number : 32
مَّتَٰعٗا لَّكُمۡ وَلِأَنۡعَٰمِكُمۡ 32
32 For your benefit and for the benefit of your animals.
Ayah number : 33
فَإِذَا جَآءَتِ ٱلصَّآخَّةُ 33
33 Then when (the second Trumpet will be blown) with shrill and piercing sound. The Day of Resurrection will come.
Ayah number : 34
يَوۡمَ يَفِرُّ ٱلۡمَرۡءُ مِنۡ أَخِيهِ 34
34 On that Day man will flee from his brothers
Ayah number : 35
وَأُمِّهِۦ وَأَبِيهِ 35
35 From his mother and his father
Ayah number : 36
وَصَٰحِبَتِهِۦ وَبَنِيهِ 36
36 From his wife and his children
Ayah number : 37
لِكُلِّ ٱمۡرِيٕٖ مِّنۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَئِذٖ شَأۡنٞ يُغۡنِيهِ 37
37 On that Day everyone will be so worried about himself, that it will be enough to totally occupy him (and he will completely ignore his relatives etc).
Ayah number : 38
وُجُوهٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ مُّسۡفِرَةٞ 38
38 On that Day, some faces would be very bright,
Ayah number : 39
ضَاحِكَةٞ مُّسۡتَبۡشِرَةٞ 39
39 Laughing and cheerful (at the good news of Paradise).
Ayah number : 40
وَوُجُوهٞ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَلَيۡهَا غَبَرَةٞ 40
40 And on that Day, many faces will have dust on them.
Ayah number : 41
تَرۡهَقُهَا قَتَرَةٌ 41
41 Darkness will cover them (due to sadness, shame and disgrace).
Ayah number : 42
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡكَفَرَةُ ٱلۡفَجَرَةُ 42
42 Those will be the disbelievers and the wicked (people).
