Order in Al-Mushaf : 26
Ayah number : 109
وَمَآ أَسَۡٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ 109
109 “And I don’t ask you for any reward (for my services). My reward is only from the Creator of the universe.
Ayah number : 110
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ 110
110 “Hence, fear Allah and obey me.”
Ayah number : 111
۞قَالُوٓاْ أَنُؤۡمِنُ لَكَ وَٱتَّبَعَكَ ٱلۡأَرۡذَلُونَ 111
111 They said: “Shall we believe in you, when the lowest class of people follow you?”
Ayah number : 112
قَالَ وَمَا عِلۡمِي بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ 112
112 Nuh ( peace be upon him ) said: “I have no knowledge of what they (profes-sionally) used to do?
Ayah number : 113
إِنۡ حِسَابُهُمۡ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّيۖ لَوۡ تَشۡعُرُونَ 113
113 “Their accountability is only with my Creator, if you can under-stand this.
Ayah number : 114
وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِطَارِدِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ 114
114 “And I am not going to drive away the believers.
Ayah number : 115
إِنۡ أَنَا۠ إِلَّا نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞ 115
115 “Indeed, I am only a clear warner.”
Ayah number : 116
قَالُواْ لَئِن لَّمۡ تَنتَهِ يَٰنُوحُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمَرۡجُومِينَ 116
116 They said: “O Nuh ( peace be upon him ) ! If you don’t stop this (conversation), you will surely be among those stoned (to death).”
Ayah number : 117
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوۡمِي كَذَّبُونِ 117
117 Nuh ( peace be upon him ) said: “My Creator! In-deed, my people have denied me.”
Ayah number : 118
فَٱفۡتَحۡ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَهُمۡ فَتۡحٗا وَنَجِّنِي وَمَن مَّعِيَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ 118
118 Therefore make a (practical) judgement between me and them (i.e. destroy them) and rescue me and the believers who are with me.”
Ayah number : 119
فَأَنجَيۡنَٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلۡمَشۡحُونِ 119
119 And We rescued him and those with him in a laden ship.
Ayah number : 120
ثُمَّ أَغۡرَقۡنَا بَعۡدُ ٱلۡبَاقِينَ 120
120 Then We drowned the rest of the people.
Ayah number : 121
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ 121
121 Indeed, in this is (an intel-lectual) proof (of the Oneness of Allah), yet most of them are not believers.
Ayah number : 122
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ 122
122 And, indeed, your Creator is the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
Ayah number : 123
كَذَّبَتۡ عَادٌ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ 123
123 A’d (people) denied the messengers.
Ayah number : 124
إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ هُودٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ 124
124 When their brother Hud ( peace be upon him ) said to them: “Why don’t you fear (Allah)?
Ayah number : 125
إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ 125
125 “Indeed, I am a trustworthy messenger to you.
Ayah number : 126
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ 126
126 “So fear Allah and obey me.”
Ayah number : 127
وَمَآ أَسَۡٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ 127
127 “And I don’t ask you for any reward, my reward is only from the Creator of the universe.
Ayah number : 128
أَتَبۡنُونَ بِكُلِّ رِيعٍ ءَايَةٗ تَعۡبَثُونَ 128
128 “Are you building monuments on every high place while it has no (practical) benefit?
